We will be sending for you soon if you are due to get it or else ask us when you are in. |
| Repeat Prescriptions - Very Important! From 1st February 2012 we will NO longer be accepting orders for REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS by telephone. Please use the re-order form on the right hand side of your prescription and send it to us by post, fax or by using the post box at reception. FAX: 02871370723. Email: reception.623@foylesidefp.gp.n-i.nhs.uk. 48 hours notice is required for ALL REPEAT PRESCIPTIONS. Other information Due to budget cuts you will notice some changes on repeat prescriptions. If you would like to discuss this with one of the doctors please don't hesitate to contact us. Vitamin tablets, creams and cough bottles will no longer be prescribable unless a clinical reason is documented. |
| IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. Birthday Clinic We have started a new 'birthday clinic' to review people with chronic diseases eg hypertension and coronary heart disease. You will be invited in you 'birthday month' to have your routine bloods done and then see one of the doctors at a clinic 2. If you have an implanon fitted in your arm Dr Orr would like to remind you that herbal remedies, in particular St John's Wort can interfere with the function and leave you vulnerable to become pregnant. Please check with her before taking any herbal remedies. |
