All constructive comments and suggestions about any service provided by the practice will be considered.

Please email us at contact@foylesidefamilypractice.co.uk or send a message through our contact page. Atlernatively put your message in writing and place it in the suggestion box situated opposite the appointments desk.

The practice has an accepted complaints procedure and should you have a complaint please contact the practice manager or her deputy.

Your complaint will then be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
