Patient Satisfaction Survey

For one week each year we distribute questionnaires to patients attending the practice.

The results are collated and an action plan is drawn up for any necessary improvements or changes.

Feedback is given to our patients via a Practice Newsletter and a poster displayed in the waiting room.
