Children's Immunisations

We strongly recommend immunisation for the protection of children. It is important that all babies and children are fully immunised. When your child's vaccination is due, please attend the clinic at the surgery.

• 2 months : DTP-HIB + Polio (5 in 1) + Pneumococcal 1

• 3 months : DTP-HIB + Polio (5 in 1) + MenC1

• 4 months : DTP-HIB + Polio (5 in 1) + Pneumococcal 2 + MenC2

• 12 months : Hib Booster /MenC3

• 15 months : MMR + Pneumococcal 3

• 4 years : Preschool booster DT -HIB+ Polio+ MMR

• 12-13 years :HPV Vaccination ( at school) females only

• 15 years : School leaving booster DT + Polio+MMR Booster if req'd(at school)
